1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of drop49736@gmail.com (“Site”) operated by Sidestocks (“we”, “us”, “our”).
1.2. The Site operates in accordance with US law, including:
• Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means (July 18, 2002)
• Consumer Rights Act (May 30, 2014)
• Civil Code (April 23, 1964)
• General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
1.3. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1.4. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you (“Customer”, “you”) and Vendor EU 2.0.

2. Checkout Information
2.1. Products may be purchased through guest checkout without creating an account.
2.2. During checkout you must provide:
• Your first name and last name
• A valid email address for delivery and payment communication
• Accurate payment details through our payment processor
2.3. You are responsible for ensuring that your email address is correct and accessible.
2.4. We may block or cancel orders that violate these Terms or appear fraudulent.

3. Orders and Payment
3.1. Orders are placed by:
• Adding Products to cart
• Completing checkout process
• Confirming Order
3.2. Prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD). All prices include applicable VAT.
3.3. We accept payment via Stripe using secure embedded payment elements.
3.4. Supported payment methods may include credit/debit cards and other payment methods made available by Stripe at checkout.
3.5. Payment must be completed before Products are delivered.
3.6. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason, including:
• Suspected fraud
• Pricing errors
• Unavailability of Products

4. Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Rights)
⚠️ IMPORTANT: NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS
4.1. Pursuant to Article 38(12) of the Consumer Rights Act, the right of withdrawal does NOT apply to:
• Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium
• Products delivered instantly after purchase
• Services fully performed with consumer’s prior consent
4.2. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
• You are waiving your right of withdrawal
• Digital Products are delivered immediately after payment
• The nature of digital Products makes withdrawal impossible
4.3. NO REFUNDS are provided for:
• Change of mind
• Incompatibility with your expectations
• Failure to read product description
• Links that become unavailable over time
4.4. Refunds MAY be provided (at our discretion) if:
• Product is significantly different from description
• Product file is corrupted and cannot be replaced
• We fail to deliver the Product within 24 hours

5. Intellectual Property
5.1. All Products are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.
5.2. You MAY:
• Download Products for personal use
• Use links for personal shopping purposes
• Share Products with immediate household members
5.3. You MAY NOT:
• Reproduce, distribute, or sell Products
• Share Products publicly or with third parties
• Use Products for commercial purposes without license
• Remove copyright notices
• Reverse engineer or modify Products
5.4. Violation of intellectual property rights may result in legal action and account termination.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers
6.1. We warrant that:
• Products will be delivered as described
• Products will be free from defects in digital delivery
• Links are verified at the time of Product creation
6.2. WE DO NOT WARRANT:
• Availability of third-party websites
• Quality of products/services from third-party wholesalers
• Accuracy of information on third-party websites
• That links will remain functional indefinitely
6.3. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
• Products are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind
• We disclaim all implied warranties
• We are not liable for third-party actions
6.4. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the Product.

7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages from third-party websites
• Any damages exceeding the purchase price
7.2. For Consumers, this limitation applies only to damages that are not caused by our intentional fault or gross negligence.
7.3. We are not liable for:
• Force majeure events
• Internet outages or technical failures beyond our control
• Actions of payment processors or third parties

8. Complaints and Disputes

9. Term and Termination

• Access to Products for intellectual property violations
• Services with 30 days’ notice
9.4. Termination does not affect:
• Your existing purchases
• Our rights to pursue legal action
• Provisions that should survive termination

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
10.1. These Terms are governed by US law.
10.2. Disputes shall be resolved by:
• Competent Polish courts
• For Consumers: courts where the Consumer resides
10.3. EU consumers may use online dispute resolution: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
10.4. These Terms are available in English only.

11. Changes to Terms
11.1. We may update these Terms at any time.
11.2. Material changes will be notified:
• Via email to registered users
• Via prominent notice on the Site
11.3. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11.4. For Consumers, material changes require explicit consent.
